The Book By Authors: North Long Beach Anthology deadline has been pushed
back from October 15, 2008 to March 1, 2009.
The purpose of this book is to highlight the great points and people of North Long Beach through creative writing and visual art. The book will contain 50 short stories and 50 matching pieces of art about living, working and playing in North Long Beach.
Their goal is to reach as many people as they can, from all walks of life. If you live there, great! Write a story inspired by your experiences in this part of Long Beach. If you don’t live in North Long Beach, take a trip there and let yourself and your imagination wander.
Pieces can be fiction, non-fiction and poetry. Once created it will appear in bookstores all over Long Beach, Southern California and on www.amazon.com.
